Consulting vouchers for Africa: funding for your market entry in Morocco and Egypt

KORTE LAW is a consulting firm listed by BAFA under the "Beratungsgutscheine Afrika" programme.

With the "Beratungsgutscheine Afrika", the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWE) funds external consulting with up to 75 % of the consulting costs, so that small and medium-sized companies can get advice tailored to their business plans in Africa. The programme covers every country on the African continent; our advice under the programme covers Morocco and Egypt.

What we advise on

  • The legal framework for your project
  • Setting up a branch or a subsidiary

Good to know

  • Up to 75 % of the eligible consulting costs are funded, within BAFA's daily-rate caps. There is no entitlement to the grant; BAFA decides on each application.
  • Small and medium-sized companies with a seat or an establishment in Germany can apply.
  • Each company can receive up to three vouchers per calendar year and five in total.
  • The application must be filed before the consulting contract is signed. The last day to apply is 28.02.2027.
  • For consultations already finished, the usage proofs must reach BAFA by 13.11.2026.

How it works

  1. A short call with us about your plans in Morocco or Egypt.
  2. Your application to BAFA, before any contract is signed.
  3. Once approved: consulting contract on BAFA's model, the consulting, the report.
